Dr. Tellerman has returned annually for the past 16 years to the village of Atima in Honduras. He has provided pediatric care to indigent children as a participating physician in OCHO (Organization for Community Health Outreach). OCHO is a nonprofit organization that has been instrumental in the construction of a water treatment plant and a new medical center in Atima. OCHO is currently partnering with Atima to build a school for children with developmental disabilities.
